Tax Status Notice

TOOR Indian Nation Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. No goods or services were provided in exchange for this contribution unless otherwise stated. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your individual circumstances.

Receipts

All donors will receive an acknowledgement of their gift by email, and downloadable receipts include the following statement: "TOOR Indian Nation Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. No goods or services were provided in exchange for this contribution unless otherwise stated."

Use of Funds

Donations support the foundation's mission: records stewardship, education, cultural preservation, and community welfare. Restricted gifts are honored when designated.

Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. Errors should be reported within 30 days to TOORFoundation@proton.me and will be reviewed in good faith.

Anonymity

Donors may request anonymity. We will honor reasonable requests consistent with legal and reporting obligations.
