Effective Notice

The notices below apply to all visitors, donors, members, volunteers, program participants, and persons submitting records or inquiries to the foundation. They are reviewed periodically and may be updated as the foundation's programs and obligations evolve.

Notice I
Federal Tax-Exempt Status — 501(c)(3) Recognized

TOOR Indian Nation Foundation, Inc. operates as a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to Indigenous cultural preservation, education, records stewardship, and community development.

Contributions to the foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for any contribution unless otherwise stated. Donors are advised to consult a qualified tax professional regarding the treatment of any gift in their individual circumstances.

Donor acknowledgements and receipts are issued for every gift in accordance with applicable IRS requirements.

Privacy Notice for Records Requests

Information submitted in connection with vital records, genealogy, or lineage inquiries is treated as confidential and is used solely to evaluate, document, and respond to the request.

Records of cultural, ceremonial, or genealogical nature are governed by traditional protocols and may carry access restrictions in addition to standard privacy practices. Requestors may be asked to provide documentation of relationship or standing before sensitive records are released.

The foundation does not sell personal information and shares records only with authorized program staff, professional service providers under confidentiality, or as required by law.

Cultural Authenticity Notice

The TOOR tribal seal, nonprofit seal, governance seals, regalia, language materials, ceremonial references, and associated emblems are the cultural and intellectual property of TOOR Indian Nation Foundation, Inc. and the people it represents.

These materials may not be reproduced, modified, sold, or used to imply endorsement, affiliation, or membership without the express written authorization of the foundation. Misrepresentation of identity, lineage, or authority is taken seriously and may be addressed through appropriate legal and cultural channels.

Materials of a ceremonial or culturally sensitive nature are subject to traditional protocols and may not be shared outside their intended context.

Donation Terms & Privacy Policy

All contributions are accepted in accordance with the foundation's published Donation Terms, which describe receipts, restricted gifts, refunds, and the foundation's federal tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Personal information collected during giving, membership, volunteering, or program participation is handled in accordance with the foundation's Privacy Policy.

By submitting a donation, inquiry, or registration through this site, you acknowledge these terms and the manner in which the foundation cares for your information.

Official communications from TOOR Indian Nation Foundation, Inc. originate from the email and mailing address below. Communications received from other channels should be treated with caution and may be reported to the foundation. Service of process and formal legal notices should be directed to the mailing address.
